Thanks for visiting my blog, I live near Manchester, Lancashire in the UK,  I am 65 and retired.

My interests and hobbies are quite varied – ex diver, football, boxing, sailing, mountain and long distance trail walking, krav maga, good food and wine, real ale, music especially jazz and the more popular classical, reading, travel and last but certainly not least spending time with my family and grandchildren.
